Havana Nights
AZSalsa.net Review (2023): Havana Nights is held every Wednesday and Sunday on the second-floor patio of Dave & Buster’s in Tempe Market Place, offering the perfect atmosphere for a night of dancing and entertainment.
The event is hosted by dance instructor Brenda Smith and DJ Zaoko, who provide a great experience for all attendees. Brenda Smith is a former Latin Dance lecturer at ASU and has trained with some of the best ballroom dancers in the US. She is known for making it easy for everyone to learn how to dance.
The spacious polished concrete dance floor is good for dancing, and there is plenty of room for everyone to show off their moves.
One of the highlights of Havana Nights is the dance shows performed by Brenda Smith’s dance students’ performance teams.
DJ Zaoko plays great Latin music that will keep you dancing all night long. Whether you prefer salsa, bachata, merengue or cumbia, you will find music that suits your taste.
